Connecting Cusco through cultural tourism
Q´ente proposes a collaborative network linking cultural routes, local businesses and digital visitor assistance.
Q´enteConnecting local businesses.
Creating value across Cusco.
We invite the Cusco Chamber of Commerce, business associations and public institutions to help build a network that supports local enterprise while respecting the cultural identity of each place.
We invite the Cusco Chamber of Commerce and its tourism stakeholders to explore the proposal and help shape an initial pilot.
Cultural connections.
Local opportunities
The video illustrates the project’s concept: a journey in which the route, its people and their knowledge become part of the destination.
Connect the territory
Develop a shared itinerary linking cultural sites with local services. The initial focus is Cusco’s South Valley, with the route and participating stops to be agreed together.
Build a local network
Bring tourism businesses and cultural hosts into a coordinated pilot, with clear responsibilities, service standards and participation agreements.
Develop digital assistance
Prototype Q´ente as a visitor companion offering route information, cultural context and connections to participating providers.
PROJECT
From a shared concept to a tested experience.
A supervised trial would then help evaluate visitor interest, service coordination, local spending and the conditions needed for continuity.
